Stainless steel pipe fittings are generally connected in three ways: butt welding, socket type, and snap type:
1. socket welding
It is a tube that is inserted into the pipe socket part of the pipe and then argon-arc welded along the edge of the pipe. It is the most common connection method for stainless steel pipe fittings and the most reliable and stable connection method.
2. butt welding
The stainless steel pipe and the pipe fittings are welded by argon arc welding along the counter seam. The outer diameter of the pipe fitting is the same as the outer diameter of the pipe fitting. This method is generally used for the connection of the pipe system with larger specifications.
3. card pressure connection
Working principle: insert the thin-walled stainless steel tube into the socket of the compression-type pipe fitting, and use the special clamping tool to clamp the stainless steel pipe into the pipe fitting. The cross-sectional shape of the clamping part is hexagonal, and there is O between the stainless steel pipe and the pipe fitting. The ring seals the leak seal, pull-out resistance, shock resistance, and high-pressure resistance.
